‼️You wake up when your alarm goes off (no snoozing)
🙇🏻‍♀️You do a yoga/and or meditation /go to the gym or do a workout
🙅🏻You wake up before the kids and have an opportunity to make breakfast before the house goes into chaos
🎒You packed bags for school and kindy the night before and even made lunches - no running around trying to get things organized
👨‍👨‍👧‍👦Kids are on time for school you on time for work all with no hassles and you even have time to stop at the cafe for a coffee

How do you think the rest of the day will be?

Now imagine this...
‼️You got to bed too late, and are now too tired to get up, so you oversleep because you snoozed 3 times and accidentally killed your alarm
‼️The house is in chaos because everyone is in manic mode
‼️Because of manic mode kids are arguing because they are hungry and everything goes pear-shaped
